Rates
The cost of hiring a venue at St Dunstan's College depends on the size of the hall or room and the length of the booking. Here is our price list, valid from 1st January 2010.
This is a guide to our costs and services. We shall provide you with a detailed quote once we know your requirements. Discounts are available for multiple or series bookings.
We shall provide you with a detailed quote once we know your requirements. You will also be given a written contract to sign for hall hire and other major events such as weddings. Most events can be secured with a 25 per cent non-refundable deposit. All events MUST be paid in full in advance and we must be in CLEARED FUNDS at least 72 hours before it starts.

4. Catering charges
Teas and coffees for meetings are charged at £1.95 per head.
It is a condition of Hall/Venue hire that you use one of our five nominated caterers if you are planning to serve food. Use of our kitchens is included in any hire of six hours or more. You will agree the menu and price with them and pay them direct. You may not provide your own catering.
Your caterer will quote you for drinks separately or you may bring your own drinks - both alcoholic and non-alcoholic - to your event, provided you pay a fee of £1.50 per ADULT to include handling and storage. Your caterer will serve the wines before and during the meal as part of their fee.
There is no fee for us setting up and running a pay bar during the evening. We shall agree what you want as part of the bar and we charge pub - as opposed to hotel and restaurant - prices. All proceeds here will go to St Dunstan's College.
